Standard Carriage & Shipping Charges for Deliveries

At ElectricalSupplies delivery is calculated by units, meaning that most times whether you order one unit or twenty the delivery charge will not change, therefore giving you great savings on your electrical products!

All delivery charges are clearly displayed throughout the checkout process ensuring that you know what you are paying at all times. At checkout, our 'safe & secure' option is for the delivery timescale listed on the product. If you require a faster service please call us on 01159649181 and we will advise the options available.

Standard Delivery Service for your Electrical Supplies

Our Standard Delivery Service is listed individually on each product page so you can be safe in the knowledge your goods will arrive within this timescale.

Our Next Working Day delivery service means that orders placed before 1pm will be delivered to you between 8am and 6pm the next working day.

If you require your order urgently, and we have stock available, then we can arrange an 'AM Next Working Day" service for orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday. Please call even if it's after 1pm as we still may be able to make it happen for you!

If for any reason we are unable to meet the required delivery service then we will contact you via email upon receipt of your order.

If you require special delivery arrangements then please contact us and we will do our best to help you, otherwise, you will see your goods (that are in stock) arrive within the stated delivery time.

Prices shown on the product pages are for our standard delivery service for most UK Mainland postcodes (Zone 2 & 3) except those classed below as outlying areas.

Outlying Areas Subject To A Surcharge

Delivery of certain large items to 'outlying' areas by our courier network are subject to a surcharge which will be charged on top of the standard delivery charge. These surcharge areas are shown below:

If your order comes through and incurs a surcharge, we will contact you to advise, prior to processing your payment so you can decide whether to continue with the order on this basis.

No problem! We are able to offer a range of carriage options to ensure you get your order quickly and if you decide to opt for any of these, then the relevant premium can be added on top of our standard delivery charge.

Please note the goods must be returned to us in perfect, resellable condition for us to accept the return. Please advise when despatched to us so we can monitor the return for you.
